At approximately 12:20pm today we detected an unplanned service outage affecting the New Ringgold area. This outage was caused by a fallen utility pole on Route 309. Our Blue Ridge team is assessing the situation. We will work as quickly as possible to restore services but we expect this to be a prolonged outage.
